The Doctor tends to just brush you off, not attentive or caring, doesn't take patients injuries serious. Talks to you for 1 minute and then leaves the room. I call that a drive through Doctor. He should be more interested in the patients well being and NOT the pockets of the insurance companies/Workers Comp
Juan..espcially proficient...xray guy also...dr chuiang impressive..however..paperwork copy says i work for school dist....nope....fire dept...but i am retired on Permanent industrial disability...i dont hav a work status....i will not return to work....i am retired on disability...this is how paperwork and timelines are messed up....a clerk did not enter info properly.please redo information.
I got a call from 1 of Health Point Medical Assistants to do a questionair before my appointment. When I saw the paperwork to sign it at my appointment, I saw that she never asked some pertinent questions, but answered them with wrong info regarding my condition. In fact, she filled in some answers with remarks that could be harmful to me and my line of work. I did not sign the paperwork. Instead I asked for another copy to answer the questions myself. 1030 appointment, arrived at 1020, saw the doctor at 1215! Absolutely ridiculous, no need for a 2 hour wait in this day and age! So unprofessional to allow me to sit for that long. Never again!
I went in for stress relief do to job only for my private doctor said that stress is do to job but my private doctor already have me in therapy and technique to relief stress so I can go back to work this Center was no help and put release me back to the same situation not to mention they said is was not work related but my company already investegate and decided I'm my favor
My Dr. Is sarcastic. Does not tell me anything. I am trying to talk to him and he is already leaving the room. I had more questions tgat never hot answered.

Waited for 3 hrs in lobby. My appointment was for 2pm. I arrived an hr early like they asked to fill out paperwork, but was not called back until 315pm. That was only after I had asked why my name hadn't been called yet. So there solution was to bring me back to a room where I then sat out of sight out of mind for another 30 mins. When the Dr. finally saw me, he was very professional, and knowledgeable but seemed in too much of a hurry to listen to my concerns.
