My Dr is great but I'm always seen an hour late. The girls that check you out take a very long time to do so with no sense if urgency.
We get to his appt and wait on the Dr for 20 minutes and then she sits down and I guess proceeds to check the authorization and low and behold NOBODY HAS CHECKED BEFORE THEN TO SEE THIS AND WE SHOW UP AND CAN'T BE SEEN BECAUSE THE OFFICE IN THIS CASE DROPPED THE BALL. SO WE DROVE40 MINUTES TO GET THERE AND HAD TO FIGHT OUR WAY BACK HOME IN 5 O'CLOCK TRAFFIC. So NO NOT HAPPY WITH THIS AT ALL. TOOK 1AND 45 TO GET HOME. REALLY APPRECIATE THAT. Front counters people are always on their phones not paying lots of attention to the clients. The doctors never helped me.
The staff in the Colton are good, waiting for Dr. Alupay for over 2 hours, and being advised this is the normal wait time, very frustrating!!
Check out needs to be quicker
The staff was always great and willing to help. I feel the doctors could have done more with the injury to my hands. I retired early on my own do to the pain level getting worse in my hands. I would alway tell the doctors it was getting worse. I feel either they did not belive me or took me seriously. I now cannot hold anything heavy (over10 ponds) with my hands.
