Once again your Long Beach office came thou for me with the Dept. of Labor (OWCP). Joe's staff was able to get my knee surgery approve after OWCP drop the ball. The staff at your Long Beach office have always help me with my medical needs. Thank you for always being there for me and my family.

Doctor Ricardo Castro is a very professional Physical Therapist, he cares about his patients and mostly he cares about their well being, Dr. Castro is willing to go the extra mile to make sure his patient's health get better. I recommend him, once again, he is a very professional D.C
Customer service at the check in/out was less that professional and not very nice.
Every month, I experience difficulty getting my prescription refilled. I visit the doctor, submit to a drug test and am told that my medication will be refilled. Yet, month after month, I experience a delay in gaining the authorization for the refill. Why must the system be so inefficient? Can't a more user friendly system be developed?
