The waiting period is so long.from the time I get there I have to wait so long to get appointment after seeing the doctor. I had to wait one year for pain management because request was felled out wrong.
I have had so many bad visits with this office before they hire new employees. Belin made sure I was in and out. Dulce I believe she is the supervisor help as well. They both made sure I had my next appointment according to my schedule keep up the good work. . As for the other girls in front stop talking about your co-workers I think it is rude. Me as a patient don't like to hear you gossip.
I have been going to Physical Therapy in the Long Beach office for 3 to 4 months. This is my second time having therapy through this office. I have felt a lot of improvement in my body in the past 4 months under Dr. Ricardo Castro and his assistant Chris. Everyone there is very nice and friendly. My experience there has been a good experience and this was my second time going there from two different accidents.
