Doctor Ricardo Castro is a very professional Physical Therapist, he cares about his patients and mostly he cares about their well being, Dr. Castro is willing to go the extra mile to make sure his patient's health get better. I recommend him, once again, he is a very professional D.C

Terrible customer service , rude staff they will belittle you and hang up in your face . Every time you reach out, it’s a new excuse why something is not happening and want to delay patient care as long as possible .

Wait times are long; sometimes up to a 2 hour wait to see the doctor for 5 minutes. The office manager is unprofessional and treated me poorly. Trying to get prescription refills required monthly phone calls (2 - 4) to get my standard refill. This is an office to avoid.

Customer service at the check in/out was less that professional and not very nice.

Every month, I experience difficulty getting my prescription refilled. I visit the doctor, submit to a drug test and am told that my medication will be refilled. Yet, month after month, I experience a delay in gaining the authorization for the refill. Why must the system be so inefficient? Can't a more user friendly system be developed?
