Ben is the best physical therapist I’ve had.
This location is by far the most disrespectful and unprofessional location i have ever gone to !! My first doctor apt i was asked to be an hour early to my appointment to fill out paperwork. I arrived one hour early and it took them ten minutes after my actual appointment time to give me the paperwork i needed to fill out! Once i was called the to back to my room I had the nurse ask me all the questions and symptoms for 20 min then she said she would have the doctor come see me . The visit was too long due to paper work to fill up. Doctor’s comment on my MRI report seems not very important to him. The advise provided regarding treatment programs remains to be seen and the home exercise regimen mentioned is not very clear and lack material and visual guidelines provided to follow such as video and print out materials for the home exercise program suggested. The ability of the receptionist to pass on pertinent information is not good here
Let someone be with me during the visit. Have the doctor stay longer than a minute to explain his diagnostic of my situation instead of rushing out of the office.
