The visit was too long due to paper work to fill up. Doctor’s comment on my MRI report seems not very important to him. The advise provided regarding treatment programs remains to be seen and the home exercise regimen mentioned is not very clear and lack material and visual guidelines provided to follow such as video and print out materials for the home exercise program suggested. The ability of the receptionist to pass on pertinent information is not good here
Let someone be with me during the visit. Have the doctor stay longer than a minute to explain his diagnostic of my situation instead of rushing out of the office.

The waiting period is so long.from the time I get there I have to wait so long to get appointment after seeing the doctor. I had to wait one year for pain management because request was felled out wrong.
I have had so many bad visits with this office before they hire new employees. Belin made sure I was in and out. Dulce I believe she is the supervisor help as well. They both made sure I had my next appointment according to my schedule keep up the good work. . As for the other girls in front stop talking about your co-workers I think it is rude. Me as a patient don't like to hear you gossip.
I have been going to Physical Therapy in the Long Beach office for 3 to 4 months. This is my second time having therapy through this office. I have felt a lot of improvement in my body in the past 4 months under Dr. Ricardo Castro and his assistant Chris. Everyone there is very nice and friendly. My experience there has been a good experience and this was my second time going there from two different accidents.
