Plan to be at the office for a few hours. The wait is always ridiculously long only to be seen for a minute conversation. All 3 times that I’ve been to this office, I have had to wait 2+ hours in waiting room & patient room combined before the doctor walked in.
I feel Dr Sean Gao, was extremely unprofessional He asked me what I thought about Dr Leslie Kim! I replied I like him I actually just transferred my treatment to him solely from my original orthopedic doctor! Dr Sean Gao proceeded to tell me how Dr Kim should have not referred me to him, that Dr Kim was getting Lazy being that he is soon to retire! Etc etc! If there is any ill feelings amongst colleagues patients should not have any knowledge of their own personal opinions! I would not recommend Dr Sean GAO to anyone! So far... read more
Dr. Fritz unfortunately does not make the patient feel heard. He is very dismissive and makes it seem like he is always in a hurry, as if we are an inconvenience. He can do a better job at explaining the reasoning behind his diagnosis.
The Colton office is a joke first appt took me 4 hours before i even saw the dr. After 2 visits I wanted to change offices so I went to Ontario much better experience in n out in an hour!
I was with the doctor for less than 5 minutes. Waste of time for me. Surgery was the first thing that was mentioned. Once it was deemed that I would wait on surgery to consult other physicians, I was immediately done. Very dissatisfied.
When I went in today there was a odd smell, kinda like BO

I have been sitting here waiting for two hours for my appointment! Why can’t my Dr be on time . I leave work early to get here on time ! If there’s too many patients hire another Dr !
I waited almost a month for my appointment just to be told the day of that the doctor was not able to see me and I had to reschedule for another 30 days or drive one hour and a half to see the doctor at a different office.
