dr. katz in ontario is a great doctor however, the wait times are awful. i waited 2 hours to see him today. i wonder if i was being skipped for some reason.

the wait times in the ontario office are unacceptable . i was here from 4pm to 720pm to get seen for one minute with dr. etemad! this is ridiculous . the double booking is not acceptable . do not schedule more than what the doctor can handle . i will not be referring anyone to this office. there is no excuse

Regarding your website. I wanted to make an appointment using the web as the directions indicated. Once I completed the information needed to get an appointment, I received a phone call to tell me I had to call the office to make an appointment. What is the point of having the ability to make an appointment electronically when I had to make a phone call. I am not able to make the call so I chose to make the appointment electronically

I came in for my follow up with the doctor, the wait wasn't very long. but the check out was a bit slower then usual.

the service here is ridiculos !!! i have been waiting to see the doctor since 10am for the doctor to say he needs to go to church and i cant be seen ?! that is so unacceptable
