Honest i dislike when i call the ontario office theres always a 3rd party i always have to explain myself to get through to the main office that ive been going to over the past 10 years .The technicians always get frustrated with me i even get the sign of annoyance . And dont worry i feel likewise . Its just more annoying your playing train or he/she said and never able to talk to the actual staff at ontario . My doctor is great but the customer service by the rest of the staff is horrible, on more than one occasion I have had to leave without seeing my doctor because they made me wait for extended periods of time. When I try to reschedule they always say that it will be two weeks till the next appointment never do they ever verify with my doctor. I work a full time job and have to go to these appointments during business hours and this is a huge inconvenience for my company. Today when I ask to have my doctor call me the recep... read more
Ontario Clinic: Dr. Doshi is a lousy doctor. Takes phone calls while in the room. Doesn't really communicate at all or even listen.
ontario office - waited 3 hours to be seen :(
ontario office - we waited an hour and half! And i was told a historian would call me to fill out p/i forms and no ever called... bad customer service!

i had an appt. in December 2014 in the colton location . i was followed from the lobby by some other patients child into an exam room, when i told the attendant he looked at the child and at me and then remarked " oh yea your not Asian", the child was LEFT in the exam room with me. looking around the exam room it was filthy, apparently the last person required iodine and it was all over the floors and walls , disgusting! the room door next to me was left open as well as my exam door and i could hear all the confidential... read more
