ontario service is great , people are fantastic ! BUT!!! you have a serious problem with paper thin walls !!! i can hear everything between the doctor and patient on either side!!! HIPPA laws do exist !!! please fix the problem !!!

Ontario office is wonderful however, when i was ill with a cold i called in to see what meds i could take that wouldnt cause any reactions to what the doctor here gave me ... i was told that id receive a call back and heard nothing! the doctor also was unaware that i called :(
The Ontario Manager Rosie was rude and very unwilling to assist me as a long time patient. Randy in front also had no idea of what was going on and was simply saying things to get me away from the front desk. Having to wait almost 2 hours to see Dr. Etemad was absolutely horrible. When I tried to inquuire at the front desk as to why I was being forced to wait so long I was met with rude manager. Very unhappy with this location!!!!!!!

dr. katz in ontario is a great doctor however, the wait times are awful. i waited 2 hours to see him today. i wonder if i was being skipped for some reason.
the wait times in the ontario office are unacceptable . i was here from 4pm to 720pm to get seen for one minute with dr. etemad! this is ridiculous . the double booking is not acceptable . do not schedule more than what the doctor can handle . i will not be referring anyone to this office. there is no excuse
Regarding your website. I wanted to make an appointment using the web as the directions indicated. Once I completed the information needed to get an appointment, I received a phone call to tell me I had to call the office to make an appointment. What is the point of having the ability to make an appointment electronically when I had to make a phone call. I am not able to make the call so I chose to make the appointment electronically
