I want to begin by stating that my experience at the previous clinic, Restore Orthopedics, was extremely disappointing. The surgeon I saw there, Gregory Carlson, informed me that surgery was not an option. His rude and condescending manner was bad enough, but when I asked about alternative treatments, he responded with, 'I'm not God.' His attitude was beyond unprofessional. Dr. Morales is very caring and discusses his point of view concerning my situation and explains things in simple language that is easy to understand.

Overall, my appointment was great! The staff at the Temecula office into the physical therapy. Department is great as well. I am just baffled why my appointments keep changing and I have to keep checking to make sure I have the right time. I called the Temecula office yesterday to confirm my appointment time at 10:45 and was told it now has changed to 11 AM and was asked didn’t someone call you?
