I started eating healthy meals direct and using their meal service about 3 years ago 3 year. I've lost 137 pounds chew date eating these meals following a strict diet regimen, but with these meals I truly don't look as it as a diet it is a life change. I've never had a problem with any of the meals and for delivery. Their always courteous and prompt when they say they're going to be there.
