RecommendedMy husband and I have tried numerous pre cooked meal plans promising great food and results. None of them even come close to Healthy Meals Direct. I was expecting mediocre and instead I got absolutely delish! The convenience of pick up and the choices for food are amazing.

I must say whenever I am im town HMD is a must. The owner is helpful and personable when around and the staff is always helpful to find the right meals to fit my needs. Food is always fresh delicious and filling. Each location I have visited is extremely clean and offer fast accurate service. Not to mention preportioned meals that help me maintain my frame and diet. I wish I could enjoy more of these healthy gourmet style affordable meals while at home in Florida, but because HMD is not yet available here in FL when I visit ... read more

We have been using HMD for a few months and absolutely love it! It is rare we find any meals we don’t like, and even our picky 2 year old enjoys most of them. Makes bringing lunch to work a breeze. Delivery is always within the given window, and they have worked with us on the days we couldn’t be home but left a cooler of ice out to put the meal in. Try it, there is truly nothing to lose on this one.
Awesome concept for a busy lifestyle and the food is delicious. Affordable and totally practical. I love it.
Just want to say how great this company is. I order from them often and my last order got “lost” in the system. I contacted them and within 24 hours they had me place a new order and was delivered on sunday(ordered before the Monday night deadline). Tell everyone about this company!
