Dr Krotz was amazing updating one of my daughters, who accompanied me for first time. My hearing and interpretation had declined substantially since last visit. She spent much time assessing me, then explaining alternatives, and finally preparing equipment on loan. A few minute appointment turned into about 2.5 hours - worked in between other appts.

Dr. Krotz is very friendly and knowledgeable, she makes you feel comfortable, when you leave you know your hearing aids are working properly, and her receptionist is just as caring couldn't ask for a better place to come too!

Kristin is very professional. She explains everything in easy to understand terminology (although I have work experience in acoustics). She did a very detailed reassessment of my hearing, and adjusted my hearing aids as required. She also provided more information about replacing the replaceable part of the hearing aids. I have the utmost respect for the work she does.
