Kristin is very professional. She explains everything in easy to understand terminology (although I have work experience in acoustics). She did a very detailed reassessment of my hearing, and adjusted my hearing aids as required. She also provided more information about replacing the replaceable part of the hearing aids. I have the utmost respect for the work she does.

Dr. Krotz, is very good. She is gentle and compassionate, explains everything she is doing. Her office staff is very good also, they help with any problems you have with billing or scheduling. I am so glad we found her again.
