Dr. Krotz took the appropriate and necessary time to do a thorough and detailed evaluation of my hearing loss. We selected the hearing aids that best addressed my hearing needs. The ear canal molds and hearing aids were fitted, finely calibrated, and field tested to ensure they functioned as expected. The necessary time was taken throughout this process to explain, ask questions, and practice using the features of the hearing aids. Thank you for your time, attention and sincerity!

Dr Krotz was amazing updating one of my daughters, who accompanied me for first time. My hearing and interpretation had declined substantially since last visit. She spent much time assessing me, then explaining alternatives, and finally preparing equipment on loan. A few minute appointment turned into about 2.5 hours - worked in between other appts.
