A hearing aid needed repair - I was given a loaner set, which worked fine - and my item was returned in like-new condition in ten days, still under full warranty. Very satisfactory

Dr Kristen is very caring and professional along with the office staff. They explained all information about my herring aids and functions so I could understand them. Also explained how my Medicare is helping with my insurance coverage along with my regular insurance coverage. Highly recommend them and there services for hearing and balance issues.
