Heartland Payments Overall, I have had a good experience with Heartland, it enabled a link for our website for people to pay their bills directly. PROS It is very secure, excellent reporting options, easy to make payments. Customer support is great. CONS Many of the reports have such small print that they are difficult to read. Heartland Payments: Helpful, reliable, easy to use but a bit expensive. It has been a great and solid tool for our company. It's user friendly and the team behind it does an amazing job. Complete package. Everything is under one controller. Great experience so far. Easy user-interface for employees to check their profile and payroll information. PROS I like how easy it is to simplify payroll management. All the data is available on the dashboard to edit info, view data and add employees details. Changing employees new tax withholding data, updating their new payroll calculation can be edited from mobile application. No need to find my work laptop just to update few basic information anymore.
