A must-have tool, with the greatest features. First of all,their support team is always available all day and night.The experience was awesome and very effective. New Business owner I have found Heartland very helpful form setting up new employees to actually being able to speak to a representative. good software This software seems to be good for both the customer and the boss PROS This app is optimized for restaurant owners to make reservations and manage customers. I liked that if I made a reservation using the app, I could use the restaurant right away without waiting. CONS There aren't any downsides. Great Customer Support! The Staff is very friendly and were very helpful in helping me transition to Heartland Payroll. PROS I like that when I need anything, like a question answered or how to get around the payroll program, I can always reach somebody immediately. Customer service is great!
