Springboard is good no customer service though PROS I like that it’s easy to set up and It gives you lots of different options to customize your inventory CONS The customer service isn’t good and they charge you to get more. Never heard of a company doing that before
Manadge your store, clients and inventory in one app. Good software, wish there was a less expensive version. PROS Springboard retail is a great point of sale software. You can have your inventory save in a cloud, your costumer preferences saved in the app, wich helps vendors to push sales and find the best matches for the buyer and improve revenue. Springboard Retail PROS I really love Springboard. It helps a lot with keeping track of everything, and the lay-out is modern and good looking. CONS Because of the simplistic lay-out, features are sometimes hard to find, but with a bit of google this can be solved
One of the best in class for this service PROS I am not sure anyone can beat Heartland Payment Systems. We moved between processing companies 4 times over 5 years and as a consultant for other hospitality businesses I still recommend them ahead of all else. User friendly and easy to navigate PROS I love it. It's easy to learn, easy to navigate, and user-friendly even on the first try. Customer service is awesome and it's great for the price. CONS Sometimes it runs a little slow and has a couple of glitches but that depends on the day, so no real complaints.

Great product, even better company I consider it a great decision on our part to go with Springboard Retail. While I am able to list some areas of opportunities for them, it is very reassuring to know that they constantly strive to improve their software based on client input. They actually really listen to feedback and many times act on it quickly if other clients can benefit from the change. This is refreshing. Heartland customer service has been great. They were able to answer all my questions! PROS Customer service has been top notch with clarity and ease of communication. The system is easy to use also with payment processing and deposits. CONS I had been reached out by the sales rep multiple times even after we had a discussed several times my plan of action with the company and its utilization.
I use Heartland in my daily work with and it makes it very easy to process payments pretty quickly. PROS Heartland is easy to use, works qyuckly and accessing previously run payments and reciepts are very easy. CONS I wish Heartland connected to the other software we use, to make it easier for our accounting department and agents. If the system connected to yardi and the information was inputted automatically it would save us a lot of time.
