Heartland On my end is was easy however again the verbiage is a little confusing when reading our paychecks compared to ADP PROS The product is an easier process than ADP CONS The information is not put in terms to be easily understood by the average employee REASONS FOR SWITCHING TO HEARTLAND PAYMENT PROCESSING The transition was not a smooth one so we switched back to Heartland. We used it first then got ADP and switched back after a couple months.
Experience from Both Sides of the Sale Counter It was easy to learn and I haven’t had too many issues so far. PROS I like how clean the interface is and how easy it is to use overall. As an employee using it, I have heard it isn’t bad in the lineup of possible POS systems to use. A Heart of Gold PROS It’s nice to have a representative from the company that you get to partner with when using the program. I am able to go into businesses and show the products and services that can be offered through them and their customers. The software is updated on a regular basis and we can work with the set up an implementation team from Heartland to do so. Excellent and efficient! I become very excited each time I see Heartland in my bank account. Of course, this is because I am receiving money but it is also because I feel assured that Heartland has done it's job efficiently and effectively. PROS Heartland Payment Processing is the company my higher education school uses to process our tuition payments and reimbursement. Heartland Payroll Overall our experience has been good, it's a useful program that generally does well at what we need it to do. PROS It's great for keeping track of employee hours and managing payments, and the interfaces are extremely user friendly for the most part. Their customer service is very good as well. CONS The website occasionally has issues loading, I don't know if it's due to high traffic or some other issue, but it can sometimes be frustrating when the page is unavailable.
Making payments simple! PROS I think my favorite feature is being able to email/text the receipt straight from the platform. This creates seamless communication with the customers CONS I personally haven't had issues with the software as I use it on my work computer, I know the mobile app has issues for the crews using them in the field.
Heartland is easy to use, transparent, and has lower fees It's easy. I don't have that nagging feeling that I am being ripped off because of hidden fees because there aren't any. Great Software. Beware of the [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] Spend days trying to reach competent support. All of those glowing reviews you may be reading were for the previous team. PROS Functional POS software that does what it needs to do with good reporting features CONS [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] seems to have gotten rid of the folks that made Springboard exceptional. Heartland new Very good option if you have a small business or even different departments with different types and sizes PROS We shifted to heartland because of the weekly payment system. With them we get paid every week instead of waiting for a longer period. They have different types of machines that can be used in different departments. Their processing fees are less than others too! CONS Nothing specific and no major issues encountered. Their customer service is outstanding so nothing to complain about.
