Good Credit Card Processor Heartland does exactly what they've said they were going to do. They allow us to take credit cards and they pay us the very next day. PROS They do what I need them to do and I have had no issues in the last 2.5 years we've been with them. They also have stellar customer service. Every time I call, I get someone who is very pleasant and helpful, which is difficult to get with most companies. Heartland Laundry Smartcard System PROS I like that our tenants have to option of paying for the laundry services online. CONS I wish that our on site machines could simply accept a credit card instead of having to go online to purchase a code.
Springboard is good no customer service though PROS I like that it’s easy to set up and It gives you lots of different options to customize your inventory CONS The customer service isn’t good and they charge you to get more. Never heard of a company doing that before
Manadge your store, clients and inventory in one app. Good software, wish there was a less expensive version. PROS Springboard retail is a great point of sale software. You can have your inventory save in a cloud, your costumer preferences saved in the app, wich helps vendors to push sales and find the best matches for the buyer and improve revenue. Springboard Retail PROS I really love Springboard. It helps a lot with keeping track of everything, and the lay-out is modern and good looking. CONS Because of the simplistic lay-out, features are sometimes hard to find, but with a bit of google this can be solved

We moved between processing companies 4 times over 5 years and as a consultant for other hospitality businesses I still recommend them ahead of all else. User friendly and easy to navigate PROS I love it. It's easy to learn, easy to navigate, and user-friendly even on the first try. Customer service is awesome and it's great for the price. CONS Sometimes it runs a little slow and has a couple of glitches but that depends on the day, so no real complaints.
