A decent company that wants to do better, but may not be there yet. Pros: Heartland was a very low startup cost and overall had a better setup than what we had before. Their online ordering is included at no additional charge, which is huge. Overall, the customer service team has been pretty helpful and reliable, even if it sometimes takes a day or two to get a response. Heartland bought Mobilebytes and we still love Mobilebytes Pros: This system is so user-friendly and both the back and and the front end make a lot of sense for everyone that encounters them. The online ordering is some of the best in the industry and we used this feature to pivot during covid to great success. Cons: Splitting checks sometimes doesn't work as well as it should. Powerful POS Software Pros: This is a full featured food service POS software. It will meet the needs of 95% of all restaurant operators. It was designed with functionality and stability in mind. Cons: Some features are missing but development is continuing and software update releases happen every month. Overall: Wonderful!
