Mr. Jenkins informed me of what the problems I was having and said that I could have avoided some of them if I had followed follow up protocols and then suggested what to do for the next session. One of the ear pieces was defective and the charging station was malfunctioning. He ordered new equipment and told me that my insurance would cover most of the costs. He listened and explained everything well and I am very satisfied with the whole process. I highly recommend him and his staff.

The employees at HearUSA in Deptford NJ are so incredibly sweet and helpful. They have always been able to fit my parents in for appointments and are so caring and truly listen to your needs. They don’t try to upsell you. Any time my parents have needed adjustments they were able to do it the same day. Thank you for your wonderful customer service.
