RecommendedI had tried hearing aides before & had difficulty with them. At Hear US, I decided on the ones the audiologist thought would be best, after discussing options. She told me whatever it takes, we will find a good solution to my reluctance to even try aides again. Well, I couldn’t be happier. The fit super well and are easy to wear. I can hear so very much better. Goodbye asking people to “repeat that please””. It’s a life changer

RecommendedService is great and personal. Listens to concerns and needs and fills those needs. I needed a piece for my hearing aids and mentioned I was going out of town and would probably just have to wait till I returned to get them. They took the initiative to check other locations to see if we could get the parts earlier. They found a source, went and picked them up and called me to come in for the replacements so I’d have them before I left town. Above and beyond dedication.
