RecommendedIt turns out I'm not as deaf as I thought! I went to see the good people at HearUSA in La Habra to have my hearing tested. 60 years of loud tools and machinery has taken its toll, and I've been having trouble understanding people in crowds and especially the softer-spoken ladies (the best kind). I do have moderate hearing loss in the higher frequencies but decided to not get prescription aids yet because I am still able to hear okay in almost all situations. RecommendedI took my mom to the Roseville location. Keara was absolutely wonderful and provided excellent service to my mom. She is extremely knowledgeable and explained the testing and hearing aid prescription process in a way that was easy to understand. The lady at the front desk was also very sweet and provided great customer service. Highly recommend for any hearing aid services!
