My son received his hearing aids from them last year and whenever he has issues they are there to help fix them and do whatever they can to make sure he can hear. RecommendedEthan is very thorough and helpful. Second set of hearing aides I have owned. There has been no comparison of the service I have had from him! Very sad when office was closed in Paola. I have been recommending my friends to HearUSA there. Now I will have to travel probably 75 miles to service my hearing aides

RecommendedThe hearing test was performed efficiently and effectively. I was very glad to be able to hear how the device would sound before the order was placed. The hearing aids have more useful features than I would have expected. My hearing loss is beyond the help of those uncomfortable over-the-counter hearing aids. So I am pleased how well I can hear. I am extremely grateful that I can actually afford these.
