The Staten Island HearUSA is terrible. I spent weeks waiting for my provider to process my hearing aid order only to finally find out Hear USA never sent the forms they requested. HearUSA kept saying they did. Had to conference call both to get straight only to find out a week later that it didn't have all the info. Left voicemail, because even though they at supposedly open 9-5 nobody answers the phone, to tell them to emailed it to me. Bought Oticon OPN 1's last week. I was told due to the ear molds, it would take a week. Yesterday I was informed late next week. Almost double the amount of time I was told. I've bought from another Oticon audiologist and never had this problem. Hope its not a sign of things to come.
I was told I needed a part when my hearing aid quit working. First it would take a week, then 2 weeks passed and nothing. They then closed for renovation and then another 10 days passed. I was then told the part would be over nighted. Then I was told there was a problem with the other things the part was shipped with. It has been over a month now and still no part. I will not be recommending this company

I have received a letter from this company, which starts: Dear Valued Member. The second paragraph begins: Our records show that you purchased hearing aids at our hearing center. I have never worn hearing aids. I have never heard of this company. I don't even know where Palm Beach Gardens is. My best guess is that my name and address have come into their possession, and someone sent me the wrong form letter, instead of the usual come-on. Main company communication via email/website non-existent (not responding for week+ after sending contact form) even after complaining a year ago for the same problem. And no local email of staff ever works after a month as if they either quit or were let go. Very unprofessional to force me to have a friend/family call or walk in.
Infuriated with the staff at the Deerfield Beach, Florida location (3902 W. Hillsboro Blvd). My 75 year old mother was disrespected by a rude receptionist/coordinator. She went to that location to make an appointment to get her hearing aids adjusted and the receptionist/coordinator refused to make an appointment because English is not her primary language and she stated "You are not going to be able to understand the doctor".
