5.0 out of 5 stars Great flavor Bought this rub as an alternative for my mother in law who does not like spice. Instead of doing a Cajun run I used this rub on the turkey I smoked for her. It was very flavorful and had a great taste. Highly recommend this rub!
5.0 out of 5 stars Great Taste This rub has turned out to be excellent. The best way is to take the meat out of the package and dry it with kitchen paper. Then rub some salt and this product on the meat. Leave it in the fridge overnight or for several hours. Cook the following day. On the grill, sous vide or in the oven the result will be excellent.
