I stuffed it with a mixture of Philadelphia Cream Cheese, a half cup of shredded Cheddar and Blue Cheese, and about 2 Tablespoons of your Garlic Jalapeno Rub. I spread that out onto the meat, and put a layer of Spinach leaves down before rolling the meat into a log.
