4.0 out of 5 stars this rub is an acquired taste. I can't knock this rub because it has a good flavor, however it is an acquired taste, and it does not go on just any meat. I tried it on pork ribs, and it was great, I also tried it on beef, and it does not go well with beef in my opinion. I am a huge fan of Heath Riles rubs.

I was looking on amazon and read the reviews and thought I would give it a try. Many years ago I used to go to Memphis in May and remember all the great bbq there.
