Great Customer Service It has always been a great experience dealing with the auto service department staff. I expect a high level of customer service before and after the purchase of an automobile. Purcahse of 2018 Ford Escape, December 2017 This is the second vehicle that we have purchased at Heritage Ford. The purchasing process this second time went very well. Our sales rep, Luis Rodriguez, was able to find the 2018 Escape we wanted at another dealership and had it brought to Heritage Ford.
