Focus My technician always takes care of me when I have issues with my car and if I need a replacement car he does what ever possible to get me one. Service department in general is awesome and I always send friends and family there.
***Outstanding experience*** I walked in the dealership and asked for a knowledgeable sales guy for the diesel truck and Franklin came running. Stayed with me for a long period of time, for I had many questions being my first diesel purchase. I may have even asked the same questions twice to ease my anxiety. Costumer The service was great! They had people who speak Spanish (I communicate better in Spanish) the guy explained me what was going to be done to my car. And what I liked the most he never made me feel dumb for not knowing much about cars...I will definitely take my car there in the future again. I had a very great experience at Heritage Ford
