Cleaning of residents apartments is sub-par. Even though the administrator states they do, the cleaning service they employ does no dusting, no cleaning mirrors, no bed sheet changing. It appears that all they do is sweep and vacuum the floors. The staff who have direct contact with the residents however are very nice, friendly and caring of each individual and their needs.

Heritage Middleton is an awesome facility, it is very clean and beautiful with very nice people. We really appreciated how much they were willing to work with our friend and accommodating her larger dog - so that was great. When we come to visit we do see different activities going on. There are different parties, musicians, and movie days with popcorn. We were able to have a meal at Thanksgiving and it was fantastic. We decided on Heritage Middleton over other facilities mainly because they do take Medicare once the money runs out and we knew that would be an issue for my loved one. Overall based off of our experience, I would recommend this facility to others.

Very pleasant staff, but could have used more staff. When bathroom floor was dirty around toilet, it seemed to take until the next day to be cleaned. Husband was there during COVID, so activities weren't going on. Price seemed reasonable.

Majority of the staff was very friendly, but when it came to memory care and our loved ones health it was just not the right place for them. Overall the staff was always friendly and kind, but one nurse in particular was rude and very impatient with the residents, but there was some staff that was especially kind and caring were [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], and [name removed]. I toured Heritage Middleton and I loved it, this was our second choice. We chose another community as it boiled down to location.

This is a beautiful community. They are currently understaffed. The food has been inconsistent in flavor and quality. The staff are friendly, corporative to work with, and want to make it the best place it can be. There is light housekeeping, linen changes, laundry service, and meals that are included in the monthly fee. The community seems to be well maintained, and maintenance towards the resident's requests seem to be prompt. We did a virtual tour with Heritage Middleton. We were thinking about this facility, but the 2 bedroom apartment that we were wanting actually got taken while we were considering it and the price here was also higher than some others we saw, so we did not choose them.

We chose Heritage Middleton because of the friendliness of the staff members, quality of the care, as well as affordability. The room sizes here are average compared to other facilities that we looked into. I would want others to know that the director is an RN which I thought was nice, they were well staffed day and night, and the admissions director was very helpful. We did have hospice care here and the transition was very smooth. I would recommend.
