I was sent an e-mail inviting me for a 39. 99 oil change. I scheduled the appointment, saying that in my appt request. I explained that when I arrived for my appt. SA asked if I had a coupon, I informed him I did not, had received an e-mail. He asked about other services, I explained I only need the 39.99 oil change. His response was no problem, we will also do a courtesy inspection for other services needed. I requested a price on a set of tires as well. Service department did an excellent job checking in and out, tech had a little trouble down loading radio update, otherwise excellent service visit.

These folks are special. The car-buying experience was better than at most dealerships, but getting to meet and spend time with these people, that was the good stuff.
