Great experience with Tillman. He made me feel comfortable while we "negotiated" as I had not bought a car in 21 years. Everyone made sure I was happy with every aspect before I left the dealership.

Exceptional! ! Everyone we encountered was professional & friendly. The sales experience was not high pressure and they were very responsive to communications both in person and via text when needed. Service department was also courteous and professional. Almost spot on with their estimated completion time. The entire building was very clean, plenty of space to wait. The very best experience we've ever had. We will continue to have our vehicle serviced at Shottenkirk and would purchase from them again. Highly recommend!
