It was my first time being there for oil change, very happy people! I’m young didn’t really have a clue what i was needing done as far as it being my first vehicle but he was understanding and helpful! 5star recommend!

Called Shottenkirk Nissan for a service appointment. Spoke with service advisor Thomas Frasure. Advised Thomas services needed and my wife would be bringing vehicle. Explained that had received discount service coupons and Thomas advised to bring coupons as they may vary by event. Appointment time was meet and service requested was completed in a timely manner. It’s the only place I’ll take my Nissan to for service, just wished they would send out discount coupons like Heritage did.
