It was very dissatisfied. Hope nobody else has the same problem where they just unnecessarily fix things don’t fully inspect what’s really going on don’t properly install departure bring should I know I wasn’t the only one there was a couple that came in and they had forgot bolts to put in their engine. Tillman was only about the sale, I would never use him again, the service department is very good but would never buy from Tillman ever again!

Pricing is just beyond comprehension. I understand everyone's prices and wages have gone up, but charging $400 for a key is nothing short of amazing. And then on top of a tremendously high charge, there is an $18 misc fee and then a 3% fee to cover credit card transactions. To be fair, everyone I worked with and spoke with was kind and polite and I was happy with the service I received. But these are reasons why many of us only buy used cars and find private mechanics. The upcharges are truly reaching the limits of morality.

Because, what started out at one price when talking with me about what needed to be done.. Nowhere was I told there was gonna be almost another $100 (labor) on top of the 80ish dollars for the service.. Don’t get me wrong I don’t understand labor fees, that is anywhere, but almost the same price as what needed to be replaced you have got to be absolutely kidding me.. I called and no one informed me to diagnose my car it would cost me $169. So once i arrived i was informed of this cost. Then it took an hour for them to tell me what was wrong.

Repair estimate was clear concise and efficient. Car repair don’t come cheap from anywhere so at least you guys were spot on with service. Much Appreciated
