Tires were not properly put on correctly. Yellow dots were not aligned up with air valve. This needs to be fixed

Pleased with the waiting area where I am able to continue to work while I wait. Previous visits I have used the driver service. I strongly recommend they drive a vehicle with low step entry as the vehicles used have been difficult for me to enter and exit. I have always appreciated dealers that have driver service as it is a plus.

Way over priced. The total was wrong by nearly $100 when I went to pick car up. This is not the first time of having inadequate service since Shottenkirk took over.

I bought a brand new car on 2018, unfortunately it had a recall ABC brakes, after the dealership fixed my car doing a noise when a turned the wheels, very very upset with the service of Nissan Heritage Rome, Ga.
"Very disappointed with people in sales no one wearing a..." Very disappointed with people in sales no one wearing a mask. There is a sign on ALL the doors saying mask. Numerous contacts between sales people and customers with masks. Top down not a single mask in use. Finally some person giving additives to different drinks put on a mask. I drive from Dallas since 2016 and these folks have been great. Service has been stellar.Had need of assistance from the manager in regards to a bill. He was great.

He is desperate to be a vigilante and makes no effort to hide his disgusting intentions. A dealership that employs people like this will never get my business.

We bought a used car from heritage Nissan in Rome Georgia and found out it has been in a previous accident they wanted me to take a $5,000 loss on trading it in the very next day in less than 24 hours even before the paperwork has been sent to the bank.
