I paid for an oil change and tire rotation and my tires wasn’t rotated. I know this because one of my rear tires was repaired the day before and was marked. Tire is still in the same spot it was the day before!

The people were good, but the pricing is horrible compared to the previous Heritage Nissan. Charging the customer 3% for using a debit or credit card is a deal killer and I will get my car serviced elsewhere in the future.

Not very friendly. Made me feel that i was a bother. I made an appointment however when I go there I had not be scheduled. So there was no driver there to get me to work. Ended up calling a co-worker to pick me up. Oh I was late for work. The issue/noise that I hear coming from my car is still there. I asked to replace the battery in my key pod and after having my car all day it had not been changed. I honestly feel that even though they kept my car all day I feel that it just sat on the lot. One complaint is while my car was in for service someone drove it and put over 100 miles on it! How was it treated? I have a ding in door on driver side that wasn't there before.
Used to be a great place to buy a car now they don’t care about the cust. Now it’s all about the money not the cust. Great service in shop always feel safe taking my car there for service.
Was a easy experience but got 0 feedback on my inspection still wondering why my wheel is making a grinding sound when turned all the way to the left and right still also wondering why my engine lights on it was easy process and straight forward but little to no communication but of course I'll come back because I'm loyal to yall

I took my car for a recall, nice sales man, but the lady came out from the service department. I could not hardly understand her she had such a heavy accent. Then told me my tires were bad I just bought the a year ago. Then said my car needs the fuel injection system cleaned. I let her know that the fuel injection system was fine I had the fuel injection system cleaned a year ago

It takes an hour each time for an oil change and I wait at the dealership each time for the oil change.
