Charging customers 3% to use a credit card when already paying a premium for serivices is unacceptable. As a customer of this dealership for the last 14 years both purchasing multiple vehicles and having all service work done here, I will be looking elsewhere for future purchases/services. No thank you! Very disappointing.

You charged my wife $184 for trans fluid replacement and $46 for fuel system "snake oil" without first getting her permission to do so. She was in the waiting area the entire time. She went in for an oil change and wound up paying over $286. And you charge extra to use a credit card. I've been using that dealership for 20 years for service, bought 2 new Nissans and 2 used cars. Work was not done correctly. Had more problems after the repair was made. Hood would not open, and the coolant reservoir was empty after having new radiator installed. Had to get air out the cooling system myself. Would not recommend having service done here.

I brought my 21 Nissan Rogue in for a recall issue and to have the vehicle serviced. I was told that my tires did not need to be rotated, but after inspecting them after I arrived home, I discovered that they did indeed need to be and now I am going to have to take my car to a tire center to have them rotated. I feel that the technician who performed my service just did not want to fool with taking the time to rotate them.
