Nice, quick, and friendly.
Sales associates and management staff were very friendly and helpful. I was in a hurry to finish the deal and go as I had another appointment. The staff worked very fast to get all of the paperwork done so I could leave, but they made it a point to still complete all of their post purchase steps/explainations.

What sold me on buying from Heritage is the way the salesman (Kenneth Lackey) gave me room and time to choose. No pushing, no following me around......he just let me shop. I was not happy with the car I traded for (nothing to do with the car, I wanted something bigger.) Kenneth showed me some options, gave me the keys and let me decide. The entire staff was very helpful and I really liked the way we interacted.

Great Car, Great Dealership, Great Salesman!
I had the "new car itch." I had outgrown my 2 door Civic and needed something a little bigger. I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted, so I test drove a few things. I thought that I wanted an SUV. After the test drive, I decided that an SUV was too big for me. The Salesman, Tim Shepherd that I was working with, called me and said that they had just gotten in a White 2012 Maxima. I really hadn't even thought about a Maxima but I went to look at it and after I drove it, I wanted it! Tim and Jay worked hard to get the best deal for me, and get the payments where I wanted them! I am very pleased with my purchase from Hertiage Nissan! I would recommend this dealership to anyone! Tim is a wonderful salesman, he was very helpful and just did a great job overall!!

Wonderful service!
Scott Welchel was a fantastic person to work with! As a first time buyer (actually leasing the car), I was skeptical of the whole process. I had only ever had two very old cars paid in full as they were somewhat inexpensive and really all I could afford as a college student. Graduating and getting a job boosted my income and I finally decided to get a new car- but I was only able to lease because I needed a monthly payment rather than paying in full for a new car. I worked with Mr. Welchel for about 2 weeks as he did his own work to find me the best deal and a monthly payment as close to what I wanted to pay as possible. I can't say enough great things- I wanted a low monthly payment and he got it- my credit wasn't perfect and 2 banks turned me down, but he still got me ok'd through the dealership, he found me the right car but I forgot to say I needed cruise control- so he got me that too (and for the same price!)...I could add more but don't have time! -----if you are in the market for a car, get your hands on Scott Welchel! He'll work with you, show you the fine print and reward you for wanting to be super informed about the whole process. (DE12312011)

heritage Nissan really cares
My car broke down on my way to work and I found out it was a transmission problem. I was devastated. I went to heritage to ask what I needed to have in order to get a car so I can get to work I filled out some paper and because I graduate from college last year they worked really hard and.got me a brand new car zero down heritage is a true blessing I have seen ppl deal with other dealerships but heritage is nothing like them. I would recommende them to anyone who is looking for a car cuz they really want your service and they understand your needs thank you heritage

Great dealership, great salesman
My boyfriend and I purchased a 2012 Nissan Cube last Saturday from Heritage Nissan. Our salesperson was DW. We had an awesome experience. Great dealership, great salesman and we love THE CUBE!

Love our new Vehicle
After our 2011 Murano was totaled in a wreck, we were looking for a vehicle to replace it, which we only had 11 months, we decided to shop at home to find a car we liked. Stopped by Heritage Nissan to see what they had in a 2012 new Murano, they had the same color we had before with a few extras the other car did'nt have. We takled with DW and told him our situation with the other car. He worked with us on a great deal. Thank you DW. We were able to buy the car the next week and drove it home. When I got home I noticed the head lights did not come on when I pulled in the carport. I checked to be sure the auto switch was on and it was. I took the car back the next day to have saervice dept. check the lights. They checked lights and said they would have to order a switch, which came in the next week. they put the switch on, but lights still would not work. After further inspection the found that a screw had be run through the wireing harnes at the factory. Mr Barron explained that they could replace the wiring harnes or find us another car just like the one had. We decided to have them look for us another car. Mr. Ernie Studard has bent over backwards to find us a vehicle and he came through with one. We apperciate all the work everyone at Heritage Nissan has done for us. I would recommend this Dealership to anyone who is looking for a new or used vehicle.
