TVs are small and not enough to go around. Drinks were expensive, even on a day with no events at American Airlines. 20% gratuity is STANDARD. Even though service was far below that.
I've been on here on 2 separate occasions and the food is okay, but the service and atmosphere are great. The first time a came here was on Sunday in May for brunch to celebrate a friends birthday. To drink we ordered a mimosa tower to split between 6 people and there was enough for all of us to have 2-3 mimosas. The second time we planned on coming here also brunch to watch the chiefs vs. bangles football game. Today we visited hero in victory park, Tomi was our server she was extremely attentive and so sweet. It was our friends birthday and she went out of her way to make it amazing. We will defiantly be returning and asking for Tomi!
This place is amazing!! Such an awesome vibe. Hung out and watched football. Our server Mikayla S. was fantastic! Very attentive and made sure we were taken care of. I'll be coming back that's for sure!
My friends and I came here before the Dallas Stars game today & we had Mikayla S. as our server. She was amazing and went above and beyond for us! The food was amazing and it was a great atmosphere. Would definitely come back here and recommend having Mikayla S. as the server!
We came here to watch the bengal vs chiefs game prior to seeing the stars play tonight. We had a great server and service all around. Our waitress Mikayla S was fantastic and was very polite and prompt with getting us food and drinks.
Miles is the best there is. My boyfriend Nick and I go to for everything. Superior customer service. We truly come to Hero looking for him. Hero is the place to be for sure but Miles makes it that more special!!!
Hero is absolutely an awesome place to watch any sports game. We are watching the AFC championship right now and our server Miles is great, the atmosphere is great, the sound is great, everything is great. Special shout-out to our server again, Miles, for handling us and the rest of his section greatly. Place is popping! Outstanding spot.
Emily was my server and did an amazing job. I highly recommend requesting her as your server. Also the food and drinks are amazing so I highly recommend coming here.
