Our server was dreadful. We were watching the Raiders vs Bengals game here on the big screen. Never have I encountered such a bad-tempered, aggressive, and cruel server anywhere. She didn't have a name tag but she was wearing a pearls top five jersey.

Great spot to hang with friends and catch the game. Someone in my friend group called it a "glorified Buffalo Wild Wings", but that's an unfair and understated analogy. Hero has the tasteful elegance of an upscale hotel lobby mixed with the practicality of welcoming sport's bar. At one point in the night we left to try a nearby bar (Dibs) and ended up coming back because we liked it so much more. Highly recommend!

Hero is owned by HG Sply, so if you like HG, chances are good here. It's definitely a sports bar. I have only been for brunch twice and both times were really good. My favorite so far has been the Huevos Rancheros. The grapefruit mimosa was also great. I love the location but I definitely think this place would have the potential to get really crowded or not have the easiest parking. My husband has a food allergy and they are very attentive to this. I love the vibe and would return!

Been trying to eat here for years and finally got in (tip: sit at the bar). Terrific chicken strips -- not dried out like everywhere else, batter held the sauce well and stayed crunchy. Tater tots are great, too.

This place is one of the biggest sports bar I've been to and it's looks amazing inside. I can see this place fill up on a good day. It was on a football Sunday night when we were here and it's pretty quiet with a few tables occupied given the space provided . They have separate area of the bar with a ginormous TV for the prime time game and other main area for other sports showing. We wanted to celebrate my nephew's 17th birthday as well as look at the NO Saints and Cowboy game. We needed a place that would be great for family. This place was recommended by other Yelpers and the Hero Family did not disappoint. Upon arrival the hostess ask for our reservation name and we was seated right away. nice atmosphere for games, cruising and before a mavs game. wide open, tons of tvs and seats. menu is limited, but tasty. deluxe burger was delicious.

The nachos were not that good. The little cheese it had did not have flavor. They charge you extra for chicken. $20 for nachos, not worth it at all. The margarita tasted so gross! I don't like drinking so I choose the best drink I can find on the menu the few times I do, I was disappointed. It tasted it rubbing alcohol. My mom ordered chicken tenders and they were disgusting, she said it has a sweet flavor. We will not be back.

Service was awful! Don't recommend coming to work if you "have a toothache" or just aren't a people person. I Was here for an hour and never even got a water the waiter was short with us and just not nice. Once we got the manager and addressed the situation the waiter came up to us and asked us if we needed to talk to the manager again.... And not to mention the food was not good. The steak fajitas were really salty and gross. If you ever get a waiter with red dreads good luck I'd just ask for someone else.
