Usually have low expectations when going out to watch games especially during college game days but my experience at Hero was the best. Kennedy did a great job of attending my group and made sure we were taken care of! You could tell she was busy but she was great and still kept the energy up! Will definitely be coming again and if you ever have a chance to pick your server look for Kennedy 10/10. Also highly recommend the cheese fries!
Had a huge party come in for the Aggie game 9/24 and had THE BEST food and service. The Aggie win didn't hurt either. Request Kennedy- she was so quick and so nice. I didn't want for a single thing! She was ON it.
Work reserved the Meantime Lower Level for a Happy Hour! Huge space with lots of table and seating. Lots of windows for sunlight - felt like we were outdoors, but was fortunately in AC! Few arcade/backyard games around to play with others. Fun area to watch games on a big projector screen. Only tried the apps but they were delicious with good portions. Drinks were made well - amaretto sour & full count. Super friendly staff and quick service! Bathrooms were very clean :)
I came here for brunch two weeks ago with 6 people and the food and service was great. We were going to get the mimosa tower before brunch was over, but the kind waitress saved our pockets and suggested that the $5 glasses were more bang for our buck. I highly recommend getting a strawberry mimosa. That was everybody's favorite. I ordered the Chicken Fried Chicken and enjoyed every bit of it. The chicken was nice and crispy and the chorizo gravy had such a delectable flavor. I also loved that it came with a green salad for "... read more
if you're looking for good vibes, drinks & music, HERO is the place! shout to the bartender Chantel & DJ B, hands down one of my fav djs in Dallas!
A decent option for lunch. The service is relatively slow. The menu changes often, but thank goodness the bowls are back on the menu as a healthily option! Worst part: Smells like sewer!
This place has truly changed around since Mike became manager. The atmosphere is lighter, the food is greater and the staff are friendlier. We came to have brunch with our 1 year old and we're seating right away, our food was delivered within 15 minutes and our waitress Bri was top tier service! I definitely intend to return and will tell my mom village as well!
It's always a good time at HERO!!! They have great food options whether you're there for brunch or just watching a game on the huge screen and having drinks with your friends, not to mention the arcade games and lounge areas. It's in the perfect location being next to the American Airlines Center and the staff were a whole vibe from Money Mike to my friendly waitress Chanel. I really enjoyed myself.
Do not eat here, the burgers are overpriced and the quality was disappointing. I had ordered a medium rare Western Burger and instead got a HOCKEY PUCK with a teaspoon of barbeque sauce and half a slice of cheese.
