We used Hessler for our original carpet installation and they did a great job. Subsequently we had them back to make two repairs at the closet entrance in one of the bedrooms. Hessler has made the repair to the damaged carpet two time. The work is excellent, and the staff is always courteous. Hessler is our go to supplier for flooring!

It was a pleasure dealing with Scott for all the preliminary decisions and ordering. I requested that GMax do the installation since I worked with them before. They arrived early and worked until 9pm from 8am. They did an outstanding job!!! Jose and Unberti wore masks the entire time and responded to any request I made. Great job!!!

From the first phone call until the last, I was so impressed with the courteous, professional and excellent customer service I received from Christy and later her supervisor Michelle. They helped me figure a way to reduce the cost by giving me options for the installation and later what might have been a frustrating issue, was handled with a fabulous attitude resulting in a successful resolution. From the time I walked in the door I was very pleased with the process. My salesman, Tom worked very hard to find a great product that was in my budget...not an easy task. My installers Steve and Rick worked non stop. They made sure the install was perfect. They also put my home back together just like I wanted it. Have no hesitation recommending Hesslers for your flooring needs.

We had vinyl waterproof floors installed in four bedrooms. Installers were super and the floors look great.

Hessler put porcelain tile throughout my living and dining room, front hall and kitchen and beautiful white carpet in the bedrooms. Steve was SUPERB in helping us throughout the process . He was incredibly patient while I tried to choose tiles and carpets and he had fabulous suggestions. I love my new floors and carpet !! I can not recommend Steve and Hessler highly enough!! If you had 10 stars , I would give them 10!!

Hessler installed carpet in 2 bedrooms. Great experience from beginning to end. Great sales service, on time, available and the installation was stress free. Looks amazing now! New carpet really changed the way the bedrooms looked. Couldn’t be happier.

We could not be any happier with our new luxury vinyl floors. Steve our salesman was fantastic to deal with and Juan the installer and his crew did everything perfect. We highly recommend Hessler. We have never had any home improvement job done where there wasn’t at least a minor problem....Until now. The floors and moldings were again...Perfect.
