Bland, and tasteless.. the only thing good here is margarita. I ordered fries and crispy chicken sandwich... everything tastes like cardboard... I won't be back. I'm still hungry.

Not a good lunch destination unless they are busy. Ordered burger medium well, it arrived burnt and cold. We also, ordered their handcut fries, they were dry and tasted as if they had been resting in fry basket for hours. Cooks remade the fries, the burger was a loss.

Horrible and slow service with unhelpful employees especially the host. Food is subpar. Took an hour for a Caesar salad.

The service was excellent! The food was horrible. The burger and hamburger steak tasted rancid. The food was cold. The menu said crispy Brussels sprouts but they were anything but crisp. They were drenched in a thick sweet sauce. Will not be returning.

I'm usually a huge fan of HG Supply and love the fried chicken sandwich. We ate there tonight around 5:45 though and everything we got that was fried tasted just awful and rancid. I found out they changed the frying oil to coconut oil. I like coconuts generally and have no opinion on the whole seed oil issue, but wow was that oil awful. I basically ended up eating some of my wife's grilled chicken and kids burger, but the fries, fried chicken, and tuna on the fried rice appetizer were totally inedible to me. My friend was having a birthday party and forgot our food twice that is just horrible service
Food and drinks were good but I'm in a wheelchair and they had zero access to the second floor rooftop. Made it very uncomfortable and unenjoyable when I wish I could've gone up with my friends.

Met up with an acquaintance here- headed to the rooftop. Parking: free, but CROWDED and tight. I parked in the "HG" parking lot. It's a shared lot behind the restaurant. There was side street parking and I wish I had just parked there.... I do not like uptown parking. Ordered the chips and queso. It's made with cashew nuts (vegan).
