Went here on a Saturday night with a group and we were told that our table was ready. As soon as we got a text, we went up and found out that our table was given away to someone else. To make this things worse, we were told that a new table would be ready in 15 min. Guess what... didn't get seated for 45 min. I understand that it's a Friday night but giving a table away when people signed up to wait is unacceptable. My beer even came out flat too. I won't be back here anytime soon. It was an awful experience.
Group of us stopped in for happy hour, their drink menu is somewhat mish-mashed but at least there was the standard fare - beer. Their happy hour pricing is still a bit high and there was no real "happy" ambiance. Their happy hour food menu was extremely disappointing: the spinanch and artichoke dip, nachos were awful and came out somewhat cold. Man I love this place.. when I was local I was a regular. I was really hoping to get my order in before their kitchen closed. I tried online and it had closed, called at 9:30 and no one would answer. I showed up at 9:50 for a SALAD!!! And was turned away.. they said the kitchen had closed 5 minutes ago...coming from someone who's only home now every 6-8 weeeks and sped to get there, I'm hurt!
Terrible management; food sucks; too loud and unpleasant environment. Worst dining experience in dallas. Made the mistake of trying again. Why so stupid?! Terrible. Just terrible. But expensive!
Wanted to like this place so badly but we only ordered one drink and nachos and while the drink came right away, it took 40 minutes to get the nachos. I had to ask about our order, and the waitress said "oh it says it's ready!" But it still took ten more minutes to get them. They were just ok. The music was super loud and extremely explicit, which some may like but not my vibe. I came here Saturday night for a drink. I ordered 1 cocktail listed at $12-13. The bartenders were quite slow and had terrible attitudes which was unfortunate as the drink tasted good. If you go to the rooftop bar, beware of your bill! I did not notice until I got home that they double charged me. Either the bartender decided to give himself a big tip or he decided to overcharge. The ambiance is kind of dark but could be viewed as romantic for a date night. Too many screens showing sports; kind of confusing. The Mos. Mule I ordered was perfect and citrusy. Loved it. I ordered the honey mustard chicken. Didn't realize it was a sandwich. The top of the bun tastes like fluffy cardboard. Not enough slaw in the middle. Chicken grilled, tough and hard to chew. Had a table on the rooftop, went downstairs to use the bathroom because the rooftop bathroom was packed. Tried to walk back upstairs and the bouncer informed me they were at capacity and I would have to walk around to wait in line to re-enter... all because I went to the bathroom. And I was alone. Seriously?! He saw me walk past him and wouldn't let me back up the stairs. Had the audacity to say I was wasting his time. Get better "bouncers" and customer service.
The food is not so good. The atmosphere is unpleasant and loud. Pulled pork taco is weird, seasoned with bbq sauce. Just off.
