I love the food and atmosphere of this place! They have a delicious bowl that I often crave and have tried to make at home. I can't remember what it's called right now, but it's sweet potato and ground beef plus other things - so yummy! They've got a great rooftop vibe as well. I'd describe this place as cozy/modern/hipster and popular.

Glad we made brunch reservations. Showed up a little late...and we're the only customers. We were the only customers from 1030-1130. Service was nice, although the (not busy at all) staff seemed more occupied by gossip than refilling our coffee. Cocktails were pretty decent and not terribly overpriced. Food was okay. You can't beat the outdoor patio atop this restaurant. We love their cocktails, menu, the vibes...all-around, a great spot for many occasions!
I created my own bowl with cauliflower rice, chicken strips and a patty. It was really filling and the salsa was great. Overall it was cool place, definitely need to return for the rooftop area.
So yummy and out server even gave us free chips and dip since they were out at the time that we ordered!

HG you beauty, you staple of Lower Greenville, you rooftop beauty, you favorite of my wife, you are excellent. I have multiple stories of how great HG is, I mean how many restaurants can you say that about. We've had a reservation messed up before (we weren't even mad or complaining) the manager went above and beyond to rectify the situation, make us feel welcomed and create an incredible dining experience. Molly was great Solid brunch spot. Service is nice. Dog friendly rooftop. The spot to watch the cowboys.
