I love HG Sply. I'm "one of those" and very picky about meat, bacon, etc. And HG Sply does not disappoint! The service is great, they take all my food preferences into consideration always. Also, I have a small dog and he loves their dog friendly, fully enclosed and heated dog friendly patio! Overall, I love this restaurant and will be back!

3.5 I think the restaurant is great for meeting dietary requirements and still having a full plate of food, and the drinks are great too! Sometimes the service misses, but mostly good. Ambiance is great for a date night, girls night out, or for a casual bite!

Our service was great this entire experience. She was really nice and helpful. The bison meatball appetizers were excellent! The marinara was prepared very well and the meat was soft and delicious. The sourdough bread was so good as well. The crispy chicken sandwich was different. I don't think there is a way that the chef would have known this but the chicken breast was a woody chicken breast. I like to stop here when visiting my daughter in the Fort Worth area. This place is always hopping and has a lot of great servers. The food here has always been excellent and have never had an issue with anything. The drinks are great. The prices are great. The inside is a large area and they even have a back area with a bar back there too. If you're looking for some great food and great service, this is definitely a place to visit.

Our last visit was in December. The place was nicely decorated for Xmas. I got the layered nachos. They were oh so delicious. Every chip was covered in something. Lots of cheese, meat, etc. I would totally get these again. We also got the dessert. I think they only had one. It was a cookie in a dish with ice cream. The cookie was so thin and tasted very much like one from a grocery store. I was very unimpressed with that. Ok so the inside is really nice I love the seating options of table or booth. The service was friendly. The fact they use beef tallow for frying is awesome! The fries were really good and those Brussel sprouts surprised me, they were so good!
