Never been here until today, and we are sooo glad we opened our minds to less traditional. At first when reading the menu and seeing the choices our normal glutny selves maybe thought we made a mistake. But the food was out of this world! I literally and saying "mmmm" outdoor again and again. We had two lovely juice drinks that we really liked! We also had the avocado hummus....oh yumm!!!!! So light and tasty. Very okay, we came here for my mom's birthday (8 of us) and the food was cold and some dishes were amazing and some of the dishes were awful. The dessert that I got to go was actually laughable. Loved the atmosphere off the water...but not necessarily feeling like I would go back.

I love HG Sply. I'm "one of those" and very picky about meat, bacon, etc. And HG Sply does not disappoint! The service is great, they take all my food preferences into consideration always. Also, I have a small dog and he loves their dog friendly, fully enclosed and heated dog friendly patio! Overall, I love this restaurant and will be back!

3.5 I think the restaurant is great for meeting dietary requirements and still having a full plate of food, and the drinks are great too! Sometimes the service misses, but mostly good. Ambiance is great for a date night, girls night out, or for a casual bite!

Our service was great this entire experience. She was really nice and helpful. The bison meatball appetizers were excellent! The marinara was prepared very well and the meat was soft and delicious. The sourdough bread was so good as well. The crispy chicken sandwich was different. I don't think there is a way that the chef would have known this but the chicken breast was a woody chicken breast.
