I ate there this past saturday night with two other over 21 year old guests. One of our guests had a single beer and was denied service for being "too intoxicated" by Michel their bar manager. She was being extremely sexists and would serve one of the woman at the table but not the man. It was the worst service i've ever experience and i will never be coming back. The management of this location is terrible. They have all these tables along the river and they never see them even when you ask. It's so dumb. Also, I've been to four other HG Splys and the food is better at those locations. I don't know why the Fort Worth location is so terrible.

Very loud, patio open but very loud and hard to get around when they push tables together for larger parties ! Food is just so so not too much to write about - plus they charge for everything- kids soda refills?????

This used to be one of our favorite places. However, we were seated in a noisy crowded area when other spots we requested were available. Once we got to the table, the waiter didn't have any time to answer questions. Final strike we have always enjoyed several appetizers on the happy hour, but all our favorites were deleted from the happy hour. So this became a pricey non-service oriented visit and we'll just go to other spots on the river.

Grilled chicken was very dry. Too much pepper. Ranch dressing not what you expect. Not good. Mashed potatoes were also dry. Overall not good experience. Lemon drop martini not good. No garnish. Nothing on the rim. Pinot Grigio worst ever. Only one choice. Service was ok. I will consider returning just to see if the burgers are any good. Otherwise. No.

Tucked into a corner of a shopping plaza facing a pond, this location with outdoor dining should be the perfect spot for a spring meal. Should. Underwhelming is the word to best describe our experience. The fact that drink orders never came until it was time for our check probably best represents the service. Food was ok. Nothing memorable. $$

Food was mediocre (I got a burger and fries) but everything lacked adequate seasoning; it was extremely plain. Also, we paid $4 for a can of soda, which we won't be doing again. Two drinks each for my husband and I was not worth $16! Not sure I'll be back, unfortunately. I appreciate their mission but I cannot get over the $4 can of soda, not to mention they were warm from wherever they were brought from.

Server got all food wrong, had a reservation and still had to wait 45 minutes. Waiter was rude. Reservation was at 8 didn't get my food until 9:30.
